How the connection works

QuoteToMe connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's secure authorization. You approve the connection from inside QuickBooks, and you can review or revoke access at any time. QuoteToMe never changes settings in QuickBooks without your input, and never creates accounts or vendors on its own.

Data handling

QuoteToMe accesses only the QuickBooks data needed to sync procurement: your chart of accounts, vendors, projects, purchase orders, and bills. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the service providers required to operate the platform.

How to disconnect
  1. In QuoteToMe, open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online and choose Disconnect.
  3. You can also remove access from QuickBooks under Apps. Disconnecting stops all future syncing; data already posted to QuickBooks remains in your books.
